I will certainly try this coconot oil (organic only i presume) method and will keep you posted.

Also, the loss of blood was a main cause for concern but i can see the logic in your response.

Next week i'm meeting up with my proctologist and i decided to take some of my stool to his office.

Now, let's hope he's got a strong stomache ;-)
