The liver is quite important and when you have congestion (toxins) then you will be lethargic. The liver plays critical roles in the body. There are a number of things you can do such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, phosphatidylcholine, improve methylation. The liver enzymes show high on your reports. I would ask the doctor to test your methionine, taurine and cysteine levels via plasma amino acid test. These are critical for liver functioning.

Calcium levels are showing high, you might want to ask your doctor about this. Sometimes with high calcium might indicate that the thyroid/parathyroid is not functioning correctly. The thyroid is sensitive to toxins, so perhaps with clearing the liver problem may solve this problem.

It is quite possible that the high calcium would lead to low potassium. Magnesium may also be involved for a couple of reasons, first high calcium suppresses magnesium (making it lower), secondly magnesium and potassium utilization are closely associated. I really like Trace Elements Inc for their mineral testing. The test is less than $100 and can give some important clues.

Unfortunately carbonated drinks are quite acidic so the body must neutralize the acidity by pulling out alkaline minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium) from storage. With high acidity the body cannot detox properly.

Phosphatidylcholine is recognized as treating liver problems.
