The next time you post lab results, please clean them up so people can read them easily. The current formatting really discourages participation by members.

"I have so many cool tools and so many projects I want to do, but I lack motivation."

While I don't disagree with the psychological approach of R1... some people have biochemical problems. Look up catecholamine depression.

Did the doc who prescribes the Adderall ever mention Welbutrin or similar?

Vitamin D. I assume the doc suggested that you get more sunlight and take supplements--maybe 3000IU or even more for a short while. I would start that today and get retested in a month or so. Did you have gastric bypass surgery? Do you have trouble absorbing other fat-soluble vitamins--A, E, K?

I don't know why the potassium is so low, especially with normal levels of other electrolytes. What did the doctor say? Morton Lite Salt contains potassium chloride as well as table salt --sodium chloride. Potassium is dangerous when taken in excess. Act thoughtfully about this.

I suppose you know that the ALT tests are liver related. Any thoughts on why you are having liver problems?

There is no doubt that I'd work on vitamin D first.

Re soda. Adrenal support--pregnenolone, whole glandular, forskolin help to greatly reduce afternoon cravings for a coke for pick-me up.

Eventually you may want to get a 4x saliva cortisol test.

Iron and related tests might be interesting.

A more thorough thyroid panel might be interesting, especially if you feel somewhat better when taking related supplements--selenium and some Iodine ( I'm not suggesting mega doses of the latter. )

What did the doctor recommend?

There is so much more I could say since inattentive ADD and the related cat Depression are the most problematic symptoms remaining for me. I've been fighting with them with some success for 15 yrs.
