Re: Spots on Back Behind Liver - What does it mean ?

Lots of people wear badges of dietary excellence but sometimes incorrect assumptions can bite you in the behind. Meat or alcohol might be better for you than cake, or not, just measure progress by symptoms and not dogma.

The back area behind the liver is more of the kidney area, but everything is connect. Plugged liver = stressed kidneys.

Cake, sugar, ice cream, infection (what kind?) sounds like parasites. It could also be poor Sugar processing.

The stomach sits on the left and center, the liver on the right and center, so you have described your entire midsection as the location of infection - not specific enough. Stabbing pain located under right ribcage would be more indicative of gallbladder problems.

Tests for Gallstones are not accurate, not as inaccurate as parasite tests, but still not good.

What do to?

Broad spectrum herbal antibiotcs:
goldenseal
barberry
turmeric
garlic
ginger
etc

More sweets in diet: dates, sweet fruit, jaggery, raw honey. More sweet whole grains like whole wheat, barley, oats.

Add in chromium and vanadium mineral supplements to see if it helps Sugar cravings.

For liver support: guduchi or milk thistle. Eat beets every day for 1 month as a trial.

Then start on parasite cleanses and liver flushing.
