Re: Spots on Back Behind Liver - What does it mean ?

How is your body temp?

Successful Sugar avoidance means sufficient carbohydrate or -ose sugars that your body can process. Otherwise biology will make you eat cake.
One way or another the body will have its sugars.

You probably have the whole syndrome of worms, fungus, plaque, stones, and associated metal/chemical burden that locks it all in place.

First get your body temperature steady at 98.6 or higher.

Proper hydration may mean more salt.

Tropical fruits ok?

Make food and herb wormers a part of your life, and don't skimp on calories. Low calorie diet can perpetuate the negative cycle.

There are probably cakes you can eat if you got creative in the kitchen.
