Do yourself a favour, get some PhosphatidylCholine [PC] ie lecithin. It will loosen you up nicely. It is a deficiency which leads to constipation. Your bodies detox demands are probably high which is what is causing high demands on PC and normal PC intake being low leads to it causing constipation. Tweet
