Constipation caused by activated charcoal

I felt like I took too much activated charcoal, now I dont have bowel movements everyday. I suspect that it's stuck or something.

I used to have 1-3 bowel movements everyday, now it's reduced to just once every 3-4 days.

And I started to feel little uncomfortable in the lower left back above the hip, it should be somewhere in large intestine.

I have to use Colosan which is magnesium hydroxide to help me poop because if I don't, my bowel wouldn't form stool and therefore no bowel movements.

I was wondering if Sorbitol could be of some help with removing specific substances like activated charcoal or not?

Or should I go see gastroenterologist? My budget is a little bit tight though.

Suggestion is appreciated. Thanks!
