Interesting, though I'd prefer to see some sort of tests (with fungi for example) to help demonstrate the importance of frequency accuracy and it's effects throughout the frequency the ranges.
My take on this is that organisms aren't likely confined to specific frequencies or accuracy as much as a given frequency range in that these will disrupt their function. That said I'm not convinced the accuracy argument to be anything more than a technological type argument from which manufacturers can lay claim to their devices(see: mine is better than yours type reasoning) or that these hold any weight against that of an experiment such as with fungi from which these claims could be substantiated.
That said, I've had very good success using higher frequencies over the classic Beck blood purifier which is initially set at /or around the 4hz range, with higher frequencies such as the 6, and 16Hz for infections or general malaise. Additionally, I've also tried using units built to very high precision(.00Hz) along with loose timings, only to find no notable differences between them whatsoever. And so I'm not convinced the argument from accuracy is all it's being presented to be at this stage personally.
