Re: Healing crisis involving spleen?

I'm sorry for the delay guys. I had no idea anyone replied and I actually logged on to find out about a different less pressing issue. Anyways I'll update a bit from my last post; Things were pretty scary for a while after doing that castor oil pack. It seemed like my whole middle section became swollen and I was terrified that I may have had something in me that metestasized from the castor oil pack. I also felt eerie draining and flushing sensations throughout my entire body. Truly scary. I stayed up half the night praying and trying to keep faith that this was all part of the healing.

The next day it was like a miracle. My stomach which has been distended for about 5 years and would get worse from ingesting anything at all and sometimes even worsen after going to the bathroom it seemed, was flat! I'm a very slender person to begin with save for the bloated stomach and I could now put my hands just above my hips and they would wrap around the whole circumference of my stomach. I was so excited and my folks were stunned. This was short lived though and didn't even last throughout the day but it gave me a whole new respect for the detoxing process and renewed my faith that I was on the right track but I might need a little more guidance.

In the beginning of the new year I found the perfect guide by accident it seemed. But now I'm thinking it was divine intervention; anyways it seemed the "spleen thing" was actually a hernia so I looked online to see how to get this taken care of without going to an allopathic doctor. I found out that chiropractors could actually get rid of the hernia through some body manipulation techniques so I found one that was familiar with this process and booked my appointment. Even though I didn't get the results (no hernia detected) I was going for necessarily, it was in no way a waste and I learned more about another technique he uses called nutritional rebalancing. I decided the nutritional balancing would be a better fit and I told my chiropractor that I wanted to build up my reserves first before getting anymore physical manipulations. It was probably the best decision I've ever made. It's been about three months and some change now and I've made some great strides that are not only abundantly apparent to myself, but to my friends and family as well. I'm healing with whole food supplements that are muscle tested for approval. This is my new lease on life, a life that I thought pretty much ended shortly after my 27th birthday.

This month especially my supplements have been put to the test; I've seen so many ambulances and police this month from a friend that nearly drank herself into a coma, a grandparent that made a suicide attempt, having to attend to another family member long distance immediately which meant leaving that night and going on about 3 hours sleep only to get a call about an hour later of driving back from the previous intervention, that we may need to turn around and go back to talk this person off a ledge so to speak. Also the grandparent has now had to move in and I've been taking care of them while my mother is working. This grandparent has had to be rushed to the ER 4 times mostly at her request, in the past two weeks so you can imagine the toll this would take on a normal healthy person and how they would need to take some time to decompress from everything, but for a person who just a couple months ago was so sick and so limited in life, it almost seems like a miracle that I'm doing so well and continuing to get better. My folks fortunately get to go on a cruise in two weeks and I'll be here taking care of this manipulative and ingratiating grandparent who turns on the "helplessness" when it will suit them. It will be an exercise in compassion and patience for sure, but I have what it takes now. Also at the end of this month I'll be attending a reunion of sorts, something that I was so leary about before and filled me with dread. Now I'm actually kind of looking forward to it.

I also want to say I supplement my nutritional rebalancing program with meditation using "The Healing Codes" technique and continue the EFT. I can actually get away without using this stuff for close to a week where as before it was an everyday thing often for many hours, but I try not to push it and keep these techniques as part of my normal routine. I also can do yoga and physical exercise everyday now for about a couple hours with no repercussions. Oh, I also listen to a channel on Youtube by Quadible Integrity and favor videos like "auric cleanser" and "chakra balancing". I find them helpful.

This was a lot longer than I intended but I hope someone can take something from this message. Also thanks to those who responded. I'll look into finding a way to get email alerts for these messages.
