Healing crisis involving spleen?

Not sure where to put this, but here goes.

I might have leaky gut, but I just recently suspected it's my spleen that's causing my digestive issues. Sometimes I get what feels like little pinches in that area right below my left rib. Mostly though, there's no pain, just a fullness in my belly and a sensation like my spleen may be enlarged? I've been recovering from iatrogenic illness for the last 5 years so I'm strongly averse to seeing a doctor, also no naturopaths in this area. The "spleen thing" has been with me throughout my recovery, but I had much more pressing health issues to deal with so I didn't give it the proper attention. Now since many of those issues have cleared up or are manageable I've been focusing on this area doing castor oil packs, rebounding and sometimes dry brushing. Also taking black strap molasses because I heard it was good for fibroids which is what I thought it was at first.

Digestion was getting a little better and the fullness in my stomach including the spleen sensation was disapating to the point I wasn't even thinking about it much anymore. I've been doing energy healing techniques, mostly EFT and EMDR to help recover over the years and recently seemed to turn a corner for the better. And then just recently after some stress build up after hitting on some core issues, spleen thing is back. The sensation becomes stronger with castor oil packs and I figure that's just detox, but I'm not sure. Also have been going to the bathroom a lot today after last night's castor oil pack.

Since I've been healing in so many other areas I'm assuming this might be a healing crisis and I feel like going to the doctor would just stall my progress.

Anyone have any experience with this?
