Hey. I have the same pinching feeling underneath my left rib. It doesn't bother me so much because it comes and goes. And I also think I have leaky gut. But I am not usually in this category of curezone. I have strong Body Odor coming through my skin. I learned from the Body Odor forum that leaky gut can cause BO too. And now I saw your post and you have this pinching sensation as me and you relate it to leaky gut. How do you know it is your spleen? What symptoms of leaky gut do you experience? And what is the relationship between spleen and leaky gut?
