Re: Tired of living like a hermit

I never see your responses! I don't know why I keep missing them, but yeah I totally agree, I think it's an immune thing, Candida/staph/'wounds' all live on the skin and as long as your immune is fine, there is no issue, it's when the immune system is weak that it allows these microbes to over grow, which is why more often than not, people who take Antibiotics can't rid themselves of infections, they find the infections just keep coming back, a week, a month, 6 months later, and that's because their immunity is low. Which is why no matter how many antifungals I took, my liver is f*cked and my immune system is completely shot, so I can't fight these infections.

So keeping the immune system strong but not overreacting is the key I guess. I'm going to have a look at some natural immunomodulators and see if I can find some good ones.

Also serrapeptase is a really good place to start for fighting inflammation and breaking down biofilms. I've had really good success with it in the past.

I'm moving house in 2 weeks, I think there's mould in my current house which I suspect is sending my immune in to a frenzy. White shark said Daniel Miller (on top of leaving it alone and complete change in lifestyle and eating habits, moved state and perhaps the environmental change had an impact?) wasn't there another guy that said his brothers cat was the culprit? Definitely could be inhalation of allergens.
