My naturopath takes a tablespoon daily. I take the same amount about 20 days a month.
My hair grows quickly. My skin is like liquid silk. I look years younger than I did before I started taking it. My nails are strong and my parasites are gone ( with the help of other things).
DE is mostly silica with a lot of trace minerals. Just remember to use FOOD GRADE ONLY.
