How are you now, Sunnyrap?

I just tried h202 the same way you describe, and experienced the same, the backlash with mucus, mostly white but also green. I stopped because I got scared of ruining my lungs with someone powerful like h202.

I'm drinking castor oil, as well as applying topically on the chest. I'm not experiencing decongestion.

How did it go with you?
