I would be tempted to do a few test kills using PZQ.

If your infection is not systemic, you may be ok.
If your infection is systemic, TCBZ could be a hazard.

I would stick with PZQ for the time being. I did some 50 - 100 grams, and a year later, determined I had not removed the infection. I ended up with a cocktail and used some 300 Grams to clear the systemic infection,

You may want to get an ELISA test, that would help identify if you got them the first time, or if you have to repeat.

As to how and when to use TCBZ, I cannot really say, I have only read a few things on the CZ, and would seek out advise from someone who has successfully used the drug.
