I would hardly call what I do a constant moisture method; I apply the aveeno cream 2-3 times a day.

And aveeno doesn't make your lips shiny, it is absorbed very easily into the skin and doesn't give a greasy or shiny appearance.

And I haven't had any problems drinking from a cup since I started using it, no white lips upon the contact with liquid anymore!

I think if you are not happy with the aquafor you are using then aveeno is worth a try.

For me personally, finding a cream that helps manage this condition very easily was more than enough to make me happy, I think if you are searching for a cure it can consume your minds and thoughts and could take months or years to find. When people have been cured on here it seems to be from very different techniques for each individual and there does not seem to be a universal method that helps cure everyone.

But to each their own and if in your heart you want to just cure this condition then best of luck to you.
