You're not trying to trash zappers---the goal will be to get as many of the funky ones out into the hands of unknowing consumers, so it'd still be trying to sell as many as possible ie business as usual.
At this point, I think there may be quite a few companies who've been coerced into selling versions with human frequencies. I'm sure the FDA watches what goes on here closely---and have pushed their agenda up because of being outed here.
I still just advise common sense when purchasing a zapper. Out of country zapper makers are harder to control, so buying a zapper off shore from some less owned country (not any of the European ones, obviously) will be your best bet, if you don't make your own.
