#461 vs Hulda Clark

Is #461 calling Hulda Clark a liar or just saying that she was wrong?

Hulda Clark said "Any positively offset frequency kills all bacteria, viruses and parasites simultaneously given sufficient voltage (5 to 10 volts), duration (seven minutes), and frequency (anything from 10 Hz to 500,000 Hz)."

Yet #461 suggests that either some of these frequencies are secretly injurious or otherwise harmful.

Perhaps #461 is also saying that the natural resonances and harmonics that the earth produces are somehow harmful or that they are maliciously created by power hungry humans that want to kill us all?

As a note, the only frequencies in ParaZapper that are not recommended by Dr. Clark in her writings are natural earth resonances that are given by the creator or are ones that have been reported by experienced users as having produced great benefit and no indications of injury.

Hulda Clark did think that one frequency was enough but I have found that is not true. However, Dr. Clark NEVER said not to use more than one frequency.
