Re: RE: 5 day water fast

Chocobr,

Besides what DL said, I believe food addiction also due to the fact that it has replaced some or one of your emotions. Once you identify that you will be able to work on it.

Every time you go for food, ask yourself, why am I eating now? Am I really hungry? What emotions am I feeling now. Do I have some string emotions left lingering from a past trauma?

Once you know this then start eating raw plant based foods, you will feel less hungry. Masticate your food well to make it a slurry and then you will feel full faster with little food.

I have written a few posts about this, so search for it and let us know how you progress.

Good luck.
