Hey man nice hearing from you again.

I was reading his older posts awhile back, around the time he started following sargvy's treatment with the excessive brushing and mouthwash method plus oil pulling. He posted a pic wherein his lips also looked totally normal but he also stated feeling and normal looking were still two different things. It was also this timeframe where he stated his buildup was under good control and around a few weeks later posted that his lips went back to sh!t after stopping Bepanthen and this was I think a year or two before probiotics.

So from what I assume, his buildup I guess was really under control but I don't recall anything about his inflammation (blood vessels under light etc.) and PROBABLY when he introduced probiotics a year or two was when he was definitely on the way to his cure unlike mine where I still get buildup and inflammation.

So it's like controlling buildup for a year or two, then when it is very minimal he started introducing probiotics which definitely not only ended the buildup completely but everything has normalized. Seriously he could be a lip model right now.

Sorry if it was long, but do you get what I mean?

Tl;dr I don't think it's just probiotics. His buildup was definitely down before he introduced probiotics so I think keeping it down first, buildup and all, then probiotics to secure complete normality is what definitely cured him.

In my case my buildup and inflammation are still up and I don't think probiotics are gonna keep that down or cure me at all, but I will continue taking them because to be honest I am starting to see the grooves again from the outer lips and I only noticed them when I started taking the probiotics.
