I'm at the exact same stage as you're on, but they just keep looking raw, and the lines don't come back. Trying to eat normally again and putting less moisturizer on but that just makes the peeling go up so don't really know the next step after this... can't walk around with raw lips the whole time even if they don't peel anymore... Keep me updated on how yours are doing.
