Re: Low morning cortisol, very low DHEA, low Androsterone, low progesterone

Exercise and pushing yourself is VERY BAD advice for someone with advanced Adrenal Fatigue. It can easily trigger a crash and a downward spiral. Adrneal Fatigue is very real with our present day lifestyle...and "pushing through it" or denying anything is happening on the physical level is very dangerous.

I've heard that the body cannot hold a pregnancy during adrenal fatigue...the body knows it is a dangerous time, not to mention how the hormones are all screwed up because the adrenals that regulate them are not functioning properly.

I have a consult with Dr. Lam tomorrow, and then Dr. Neville on Friday. Based on reviews I have read about both, I think Dr. Neville is who I will be working with.
