I read Somers books years ago.
I was curious about Bioidenticals.. when they were an option... Now that this surgery has TOTALLY f***ed me up overnight, I am getting turned off by having to take such a prescription for the rest of my life.
I am looking at a combo of Maca, Boron and Wild Yam extract... been reading that they naturally even out hormone levels...
