Right ovary removed without mu permission!!!!

Hi had a benign tumor in my torso and I made it CLEAR to the doctors NOT to remove any organs unless 100% necessary.
I woke up and was told they removed my right ovary. They called my husband for his go ahead and instead of doing what I would do... say NO... he got swept in his own fears and allowed them to do this to me.
I made it CLEAR... I was IGNORED.
Needless to say my marriage is OVER.
I have been vegan over 20 years, I work out 5-6 times a week. I looked and felt great and 15 years younger than my 47.
I had surgery on March 21.
Since then I wake up in the middle of the night with my tank top soaked from sweat. I am hot most of the time during the day as well... I used to be ALWAYS cold!!
I am either screaming at my husband for allowing them to do this, or crying of numb...
I don't know what to do...
BHRT scares me
