Mainstream medicine will want to sell their Big Pharma products. I'm not suggesting that is necessarily bad, just don't treat them like benevolent, medical gods.

Learn about bioidentical hormones and the differences between Big Pharma products and the real, human hormones. For exmaple, learn about Big Pharma's horse-urine estrogen, Premarin, versus YOUR estrogen.

Remember also that some of your sex hormones don't come from your ovaries, but are downstream from adrenal hormones.

Some people like the feeling of getting their pregnenolone levels into the center of the normal range or maybe in your case, on the high side of normal.
