I felt no different after the flush. I am not sure if the green floating lumps were not just olive oil coagulations covered in oil..

I will do another at a different time. But I do question whether the green lumps are 'stones' if someone keeps having new ones every month...

I did cross post this thread in the Liver Flush Forum . Most of the people who reply are still Water Fasting people.
