How much of each Mg-citrate and OO (Olive-Oil) are you planing to take?

How much do you weigh now?
I've taken about 3-6 g of Mg-citrate for two consecutive days, and I believe the flush is to be done with 100 g OO+ 2 grapefruit juice, 2-4 hrs after the Mg.
