Yes I am. However, I now remove them when I wake up and only wear them before I sleep, since it has been exactly a year after I got them since my dentist told me to wear it strictly for a year then I can be lenient with it. No change though.

Regarding the allergic reaction, I was also thinking about it and even asked my dentist. She told me that it should have been impossible because if I did have an allergic reaction then I should have a problem right away after wearing them.

Also, she told me that the components of the retainers are exactly what composes the braces that I had worn for 4 years so in essence the moment I wore braces 4 years ago should have given me trouble and I should have been a long poster by then. Weird.
