Hey, I got a lot of symtoms just like you.

Persistent lower back pain, with some sharp stabbing now and then

Feeling of pressure on the upper left abdomen

Bleeding gums

Pain just above knees, sometimes elbows and wrists

Shortness of breath

Feeling very strong heartbeats
