I like the coconut suggestion. Weight lifting could be doable only after serious cartilage regeneration and alignment improvement.
I am not concerned for my weight. I look slim. I have cartilage and joint damage - spine and knees - and scoliosis, which make a lot of things painful. Fasting helps. Need to totally avoid processed and cooked, which was hard around family, but progressively easier after I started giving constant feedback on all the bad symptoms coming from the dishes they offer (as in skin reaction, heavy mucus and stronger joint pain).
