Agree with DL, totally. I would like add, 60 days is impossible on water only fast. I would plan one day at a time, and build up. It is always good to have a subliminal realistic goal, but not mull over, simply staying in the process with the acceptance that your body may ask you to stop at some point.
I have had quite a few fasts where I had to stop in a day or to into the fast. It just did not feel right.
Nutrient reserves are very important, otherwise you will go in starvation mode despite of having good fat reserves.
Expect to lose 1lb per day, initially it may be 2 lb per day with water weight.
If you have not started, eat raw plant based foods for a month and then start a fast.
