yes the Paragone will help kill the Fungi @!
anti-parasitics most of them are also very very strong anti-fungals! most of the parisites feed off Fungi. you can see inside of worm their digestive tract is full of Fungi/Bacteria when they die they release this inside of you causing infection.
this is why we keep getting re-infected as we kill our infection but not our parasite's infection.
so killing the parasite greatly enhances our chance too kill off our infection
