OP,
from my experience IVM first,
I would consider Alba/DEC/PPZ
inbetween IVM doses to help kill off cysts/eggs/babies
make sure todo small test doses of all meds
and adjust plan according to reactions.

I had very severe reactions to IVM dosing
Alba/DEC/PPZ for 30 days , helped with the parasite burden very much and can know tolerate IVM full strength
