To answer, depends on what you think you are targeting. Of the two drugs Ivermctin should be used for a long time before taking Moxi. It has a nuclear half life of between 21-35 days. A reaction to it will last a long time, Herx could be severe. . Start slowly with the Ivermctin and graduate to the Moxi only when most all of your symptoms are under control. Tweet
