I don't understand why there will be more stagnant bile once one starts flushing? Can you explain?

I would imagine that the liver has lesser stones after each flush and thus is functioning better - and thus the eyes, hair, nails will be better. No?

Regarding Epsom Salts - I don't know if I will get the diarrhea needed to flush out everything from the colon unless I take the 3rd and 4th dose. My diarrhea usually begins after the 4th dose.
