Sounds rough. I had Lyme as a kid and went through a stressful even 2 years ago, that's when all this started and I have heard the it can stay in you dormant.

I had pin worms at one point, but went to tractor supply and bought mebendazole for horses. That took care of it. That stuff kills everything.
