Do Probiotics clear parasite?

Probiotics help calm my back pain.
I was wondering what I suffered?
Could it be parasite since Probiotics worked so good when I had back pain?

By the way, I used to use Activated Charcoal for a week when I had digestive problem, it then gave me finger spasm later. So I don't know if it was due to the interaction between charcoal and parasite or not?
