Re: Iodine deficiency or something else? please help!
Damn good posts you've gotten yourself here kid.
All of them, I can recommend. Although D3 won't do of much help yet.
I think the reason you have low body temperature, as do I, is because of many infections at once.
Most likely candida, adrenal fatigue, possibly parasites. Have you ever gotten any symptoms of Lyme?
Not sure where you live but this shit is so prevalent everywhere it's a scare.
Definitely start taking minerals and vitamins. Your low body temperature is because the body cannot even induce itself in a fever. Speaking of which, when is the last time you had a fever? Interesting huh.
Next, start taking immune system supplements. This includes Zinc, Selenium, Magnesium, Vitamin A (retinal or Palmitate). Vitamin C, I'm sure you can Google a Top 10 most needed list for herbs and vitamins to kick start immune system.
Next, liver function. It gets all the toxins out. Fatigue is too much toxins and enzymes produced by bacteria, fungi, candida and other shit that deserves to be tossed on the side of the street.
Milk Thistle is highly recommended. Exercise.
Start killing the candida or any bacteria you have (not with anti-biotics).
Buy a cheap $20 candida cleanse and start taking it along with Fucoidian or whatever is the Japanese seaweed. I would skip
Iodine or anything heavy metal including silver until the end. It's just too soon to overload the body with that kinda stuff.
The best way is to help the body naturally fight these kinda things.
