I am working with a practitioner. Her supplements recommendations make sense. 6 limconim a day is the max you can go with I think.
I'm just bummed I haven't felt anything yet - I think this is part of the 4 lows and not having enough energy to start dumping metals.However, I am never tired and my energy levels are always good ( too much cortisol maybe?) and what I've read is that people in the 4 low are usually pretty tired.
