Have you tried TruKid products before? They are marketed towards children, but I use them myself all the time (30 yrs old with eczema issues since childhood). All of their stuff is naturally based and tested for any allergens/eczema reactions. They make everything from shampoo to sunscreen to treatment creams and face washes. It's worth a try!
