I personally have tried Potassium Iodide only and it didnt work for me :(

Also now (since months) i m stuck again with boob pain....

just orderd the "good old" J crows Lugols from the US ...

been using "german" Lugols 5% the last few months and somehow it doesnt seem to work... so weird ...

also i ve added a huge amount of this 5% stuff on my foot sole the other day and it was GONE in 8 hours.... and that after taking between 50-100 mg since end of 2013....

So well... i m gonna take 100mg worth crows Lugols again when it arrives and i hope my periodic boobpain will be gone again in 1-2 cycles ... as it did before several times...


yea there are ppl who try to scare one off from taking so much iodine... let alone Lugols (since its been oxidative etc)... but what should one do if pain comes back as soon as one changes directions...

i dont wanna have boob pain... even if its "only" periodic ... bad enough...

so yea ... back on track again soon

(i ve seen there are 500 ml bottles of J crows ) about 70 Dollars.... oh man.. i wish i could buy that stuff here in germany.... if i d order it via ebay i d have to pay 30-40 Dollars shipping and fees hahaha....
