thanks for pioneering for the rest of us.

just want others to not make the same mistake or misunderstanding as i made, this was only potassium iodide.

it is not the same as taking grams of Lugol's iodine, or any other iodine/potassium Iodide solution.

i have not read on here of anyone taking grams of lugols, and don't think that would be safe but correct me if i am wrong.
