My 500 gram bottle of potassium Iodide is empty. It took me 8 years. The math works out to 5.2 grams per month, for the past 96 months. That's roughly 175 milligrams per day, average. Some days I took none. Other day's I'd ingest a gram of it, etc.

On these forums, there were many uneducated, neurotic, psychotic, blatherers who claimed I'd hurt myself, that there's some "iodine cult", who are crazy, blah blah blah. lol
