My friend, I suffer from Bad breath and after reading your post, I believe you don't have Body Odor but bad breath coming from your nose. As you state your clothes smell good if you had Body Odor your clothes would stink as well. I have bad breath same smell from mouth and nose, don't know the cause, I am a clean person and take care of my teeth/ mouth well, my health is good other than the breath odor. I have tried many things and still are looking for an answer. What I would suggest you do is have someone you trust tell you the truth and see if that smell comes from your breath. Tweet
