Think of it this way -- will sharing food with your co-worker make you feel better? Truth is the Sugar rush will last about 20 minutes, and you'll crash. And please don't think you can't go out and do anything. Heck, I spent Saturday at Sea World (on my day 5) and had a great time. If anything, it was humbling to see how much people ate (and it kinda grossed me out to be honest). So while those temptations are there - just realize that you don't really "need" them. That's just your head hunger talking to you -- craving those old comforts. Trust me - venture outside and enjoy the cool breeze...it will do wonders. But whatever you do, don't stay home and focus on what you can't do. It's hard to believe that I'm talking about day 5...and now I'm on day 9 -- seems like a blip on the radar. Tomorrow is 10 and the only decision I need to make is if I'm going to 15 or not :)
