I understand how you feel, I am on day six as well. I have had to seclude myself from friends and family and have spent most of the time in my bedroom or on this forum which has really helped me. Taking really long hot showers and baths have also helped to focus. Just keep telling yourself that the worst is over, you've come so far! You are over half way done! Don't let your hard work go down with regrets of not finishing. If you quit now you'll never know the benefits that you missed out on, and will always wonder "what if?" It helps me to focus on what is going on inside my body, and realizing that it is working 24 hours a day to get rid of nasty toxins. Try to focus on the reason you started and see yourself finishing a happier, healthier, more beautiful person inside and out. We can do it!!! 4 more days I am right here with you, we are so close!
