Re: Exfoliative Cheilitis or just severely chapped lips?

Hmm if that is what lip inflammation is, then I don't have it.

If, by any chance, I just have severely chapped lips, is it still safe to use the hydocortisone? I've been researching about it for awhile, and on almost every forum, the answer is polarizing.

Right now my progress seems to be good, but my lips still feel weird after direct contact with water and I need to dry it immediately. I sweat a lot especially when exercising, so recently it has been a trouble for me.

You know it's a good advice because to be honest I check it whenever I can. I don't wanna take the chance on the 100% leave alone method just yet because I think what I do is working, but I think I'll conclude that I may be on the beginning/mild stage of EC.
