I know this is an old post, but I just seen it while researching NCR. Power of internet. Things stay forever. Lol. I am sorry you had was a bad experience.

I would like to have know what led you to try NCR in first place. It sounded like you were very pleased with how you already were. People normally do not try to change anything unless they are unhappy with it or unless they are having issues.

In my case I have been having issues all my
life and would love to be able to have someone actually help me. It sounds like it actually did move things for you. Which is exactly what I do need.

I would not think anyone should get anything moved if they are happy with the way it already is.

I know I have had bad things happen that made issues I already or trying to fix get worse, so I understand that very well. I hope you are able to get back to the way you were if that is what you were already happy with. Good luck.
