Began a parasite cleanse, and then couldn't use restroom so does this mean the killed off parasites are re-absorbed in colon and intestines?

Hey guys!

Quick question, why is it possible that when taking any type of candida or parasite cleanse (mainly the parasite), I start getting the Herx reactions but then I become constipated. It's like all the parasites are clogging themselves up in my intestine just so they can get re-absorbed in intestine back to their caves in my body.

I keep taking more fiber and eating, although I am still unable to use the restroom to relieve the parasites of their last job before excrement.

If anybody has any tips on how I can help my body get rid of the waste, it would be really helpful otherwise this cycle or circle of killing them off only to not get rid of them is a waste of my time and liver right?

And please, no enemas or anything of that sort. Just not comfortable doing those kinds of things.

I am taking psyllium husk fiber. Someone recommended Senna laxative but after two pills, nothing different.
