InCharge, Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it.

I did have blood tests for celiac done on 2 occasions in the past year so that doesn't seem to be a problem for me. That said, I've eliminated all gluten and all grains except for jasmine rice, which I eat infrequently.

I am stressed out about it so yeah I know I need outlets to relax, destress etc. I've been trying to meditate, read etc but no relief.

My suspicions are with my gut flora (or excess there of). But don't know how to interpret my results. I did the test myself from Genova (true health lab) so don't know a good GI which has a solid grasp of gut micro-biology as most GI's just send you packing with a PPI.
